Carbogatto’s Partner Service Center (PSC) network is designed for seamless expansion, ensuring efficient pre-sale preparation, delivery, and long-term maintenance. This model has already been successfully tested across multiple countries, proving its scalability and adaptability.

A Global Standard in Service
The PSC program is structured for global accessibility, with service center selection conducted via online research across all 51 planned markets. Ideal candidates include road and mountain bike service centers, which are the preferred choice, while motorcycle service centers are acceptable in select cases. Auto repair shops may be considered only in remote locations. Carbogatto maintains robust coverage and does not anticipate service network shortages in its target regions.
Precision in Pre-Sale Preparation
Once selected, a PSC is responsible for receiving the Carbogatto LR Monocoque from the manufacturer, ensuring its secure transport by the customer’s preferred method, whether by sea, road, or express air freight. Batteries are shipped separately from dedicated regional storage facilities on each continent. The service center then conducts a pre-sale inspection and assembly, strictly following Carbogatto’s official manual. A final quality check is performed using a provided checklist, with a video report submitted to confirm compliance. Upon completion, the vehicle is delivered to the customer, with all necessary documentation signed and recorded. The signed documents are then sent to Carbogatto for official record-keeping.
