We are looking for Backend Engineers to join the development of a proprietary platform powering multiple AI-driven digital products for global markets.
You will work on an internal CMS that combines structured knowledge systems with modern LLM capabilities, enabling rapid creation, configuration, and scaling of complex products across different domains.

About the Project
The project is built around an internal CMS designed to orchestrate structured data, business logic, and integrations across multiple services.
It supports parallel development of independent products while sharing a unified knowledge and data layer.
Users interact with the platform through a modern chat-based interface comparable to ChatGPT or Perplexity.
Behind the scenes, the CMS provides the flexibility required to:

build multiple products from a shared knowledge base

manage complex business logic and integrations

scale the platform toward B2B and B2G use cases
The project is currently in pre-launch, with validated market demand.
The next 2–3 months will focus on active CMS adaptation and feature development.
Your Role
Depending on your experience level and engagement format, you will:

Develop, adapt, and extend our internal CMS
-
Work with a modular monolith and service-based architecture
-
Design and maintain REST APIs for the frontend
-
Work with PostgreSQL, and prepare the system for PG Vector
-
Integrate external services (authentication, payments, analytics, AI APIs)
-
Work with and improve legacy code
(with direct guidance from the lead backend engineer who knows the system inside out) -
Maintain high code quality and clean architecture standards
