Our global expansion requires a Business Development Manager with an acute understanding of high-end retail positioning, brand elevation, and strategic partnerships. This role is for someone who knows that presence in the right location is everything. From luxury department stores to exclusive concept showrooms, every Carbogatto stand must be a statement—one that reflects craftsmanship, performance, and exclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Expansion & Strategic Placement

  • Identify and secure premium retail locations, ensuring Carbogatto is displayed in only the most prestigious outlets worldwide.
  • Develop relationships with high-end department stores, luxury lifestyle retailers, and exclusive concept spaces.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements for in-store placements, ensuring optimal positioning and visibility.
  • Oversee the setup and launch of retail stands, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and experience.
  • Ensure that every Carbogatto retail presence enhances brand perception and customer engagement.

Market Development & Partnership Strategy

  • Research and analyze luxury retail trends, identifying new opportunities for strategic brand placement.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in high-end retail, including property owners, retail directors, and luxury curators.
  • Develop partnerships that enhance Carbogatto’s brand equity and drive engagement with the right clientele.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Carbogatto into the luxury retail landscape, with a focus on exclusivity and desirability.

Sales Enablement & Performance Tracking

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a refined customer journey within each retail space.
  • Define performance metrics for retail stand success, tracking engagement, sales, and brand awareness impact.
  • Develop training programs for retail partners and on-site brand representatives, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of each retail location.

Brand Alignment & Presentation

  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop retail display concepts that reflect Carbogatto’s identity.
  •  Ensure consistency in brand storytelling, visual merchandising, and overall customer experience across all locations.
  • Oversee brand activations and special events at key retail locations, amplifying Carbogatto’s presence.


Candidate Profile

Professional Experience

  • Extensive experience in business development, luxury retail expansion, or high-end brand partnerships.
  • Proven track record in securing premium retail locations and managing high-profile brand placements.
  • Experience working within the luxury automotive, fashion, or lifestyle sectors, with an understanding of exclusive retail dynamics.

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong negotiation skills for securing premium retail space and strategic partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of luxury retail environments and customer behaviors.
  • Ability to blend strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, ensuring Carbogatto stands are both visually striking and commercially successful.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, ensuring long-term partnerships with key retail players.
