Brand & Market Positioning
- Define and execute a marketing strategy that reinforces Carbogatto’s status as a distinguished and highly regarded marque.
- Ensure that all brand touchpoints reflect the integrity, exclusivity, and meticulous craftsmanship that define our identity.
- Maintain a measured approach to market presence, balancing visibility with selectivity.
- Strengthen brand perception through thoughtful storytelling, refined aesthetics, and a cultivated network of brand advocates.
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Develop and oversee a client engagement strategy that prioritizes personalization, discretion, and long-term relationships.
- Establish touchpoints that enhance the ownership experience, ensuring it reflects the same level of precision as our engineering.
- Curate exclusive events and collaborations that foster a deeper connection with collectors, patrons, and connoisseurs.
- Guide internal teams in maintaining the highest standards of client interaction and service.
Strategic Partnerships & Brand Alliances
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with aligned brands, artisans, and institutions that share our commitment to excellence.
- Ensure that all collaborations serve to reinforce, rather than dilute, Carbogatto’s positioning and values.
- Establish a presence in select cultural and business circles where discerning clientele naturally engage.
Marketing & Communication Strategy
- Oversee both traditional and digital marketing with a focus on elegance, precision, and relevance.
- Ensure that brand communication is measured, deliberate, and aligned with the expectations of an astute audience.
- Balance modern engagement methods with time-honored principles of prestige and reputation-building.
- Maintain editorial oversight across all brand materials to ensure a consistent and refined narrative.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and lead a team of marketing professionals who understand the intricacies of brand-building at the highest level.
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of product and brand.
- Work closely with design, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment between product and brand.
Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
- Background in luxury, high-end automotive, art, or a related industry where exclusivity and quality define success at least for 10 years.
- Proven ability to position a brand with discretion, intelligence, and long-term vision.
- Experience in developing strategic partnerships and client engagement programs within a highly selective environment.
