We are seeking a Human Resources Director who understands the nuances of managing talent in a luxury environment. This is not just about recruitment; it is about curating a team that embodies excellence, fosters innovation, and elevates the Carbogatto legacy.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Design and execute a recruitment strategy that attracts top-tier professionals aligned with Carbogatto’s culture and values.
  • Cultivate a network within the luxury, automotive, and high-tech industries to source exceptional talent.
  • Develop leadership programs to nurture key employees, ensuring long-term growth within the company.
  • Implement training initiatives that enhance craftsmanship, customer engagement, and brand representation.

Organizational Culture & Employee Experience

  • Develop and implement corporate culture, values, and behavioral standards, ensuring that every employee contributes to Carbogatto’s legacy. 
  • Establish policies that reflect the refinement and exclusivity expected in a luxury brand environment.
  • Develop initiatives that enhance employee well-being and engagement, ensuring Carbogatto remains a coveted place to work.

Compensation & Performance Management

  • Design and oversee a performance evaluation framework that rewards excellence and craftsmanship.
  • Ensure competitive compensation structures that align with Carbogatto’s positioning in the luxury sector.
  • Develop incentive programs that recognize outstanding contributions and drive continuous improvement.

Operational Leadership & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies align with regional and international labor regulations while maintaining the agility needed for a luxury brand.
  • Work closely with leadership to shape the organization’s structure, supporting both operational efficiency and brand exclusivity.
  • Oversee conflict resolution with a discreet, diplomatic approach that upholds Carbogatto’s reputation.
  • Implement HR technology solutions that streamline processes while maintaining a personal touch.

 

Candidate Profile

Professional Experience

  • At least 5 years experience in human resources leadership within luxury, automotive, or high-end lifestyle industries.
  • Deep understanding of managing talent in environments where exclusivity and excellence are paramount.
  • Experience leading HR functions in a fast-growing organization, balancing structure with adaptability.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.

Skills & Expertise

  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of shaping high-level HR policies while engaging with day-to-day operations.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, compensation strategies, and employee engagement methodologies.
