Key Responsibilities
Supplier & Partner Coordination
- Oversee and manage projects involving key suppliers, ensuring timely and quality-driven execution.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners, ensuring alignment with Carbogatto’s standards.
- Negotiate terms, monitor deliverables, and proactively address any potential bottlenecks.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure supplier outputs meet design, quality, and performance expectations.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks before they impact delivery.
- Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external partners, maintaining clarity and efficiency.
- Adapt plans as needed, balancing agility with structured execution.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure that all supplier deliverables adhere to Carbogatto’s quality standards and specifications.
- Oversee testing, validation, and approval processes to maintain product integrity.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements across different markets.
Cost & Efficiency Management
- Optimize project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within the supply chain.
- Monitor and report on project expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, engineering, supply chain, and production teams to ensure projects progress smoothly.
- Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, balancing expectations and deliverables.
- Provide structured reporting on project status, challenges, and milestones.
Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
- Experience in project management within the automotive, luxury goods, or high-end manufacturing sectors.
- Strong background in supplier management, with a keen eye for quality control and efficiency.
- A proven track record of successfully coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Familiarity with international supply chains, logistics, and procurement processes.
