We seek a Sales & Brand Expansion Director who will shape our commercial strategy with the same level of precision and discretion that defines Carbogatto. This role requires a seasoned professional who understands that in the luxury sector, sales are not driven by volume but by relationships, expertise, and the ability to curate an experience that speaks to the most discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Market Development

  • Define and implement a sales strategy that aligns with Carbogatto’s positioning as a refined and exclusive marque.
  • Identify and develop opportunities in select international markets, ensuring a presence only where the brand’s values can be upheld.
  • Contribute to the marketing strategy formulation.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and client expectations to refine our approach and maintain exclusivity.
  • Oversee pricing strategy and ensure it remains aligned with the brand’s market positioning and long-term vision.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Oversee the entire client journey, ensuring that each touchpoint—from initial contact to ownership—is handled with precision and care.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with private clients, collectors, and B2B/B2G clients.
  • Develop a structured but discreet approach to client engagement, ensuring that every interaction is measured and meaningful.
  • Ensure that the sales team embodies the values of the brand in every communication and transaction.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals who uphold the highest standards of discretion and service.
  • Conduct individual performance evaluations, monitoring task completion, achieving targets, reporting, and analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, production, and design teams to ensure seamless alignment between product and market.

Candidate Profile

Professional Experience

  • At least 5 years experience in luxury automotive, fine craftsmanship, or an industry where exclusivity and client relations define success.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a high-level sales strategy with a focus on precision, experience, and long-term engagement.
  • Experience in building and managing international sales networks with a selective and strategic approach.
  • Deep understanding of the expectations and purchasing behaviors of high-net-worth clientele.

  • Exceptional relationship management skills with an ability to engage with elite clientele on their terms.
  • Refined approach to sales, balancing commercial acumen with an intrinsic understanding of luxury positioning.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of cultivating a team that operates with discretion, intelligence, and confidence.
  • Sensitivity to cultural nuances and an ability to navigate international markets with sophistication.
